what responses you give to those people that ask the rude questions about your pregnancy?

I am about 5 weeks pregnant with number 8 and almost 44. Natural conception, had all natural births as well (1 set of twins are included in the line up). I had no idea there were/are others with as many children as me! I work full time, youngest child is 2, and me and hubby are happy! Shocked but happy. Lol. My question is what responses to you give those people that ask the rude questions like 'was this planned?' Or ' wait, how old are you again?' Or 'this has got to be the last one, right? You already have 7!' I know I shouldn't be worried, but I want to respond in a not so nice way truth be told, lol!
