I am in so much trouble. When I bought my house it was full of someone else's c**p and I've been adding my own c**p to it for 50 years. Two sons of the previous owner came by about 20 years ago and they were really happy they could gather up some mementos of their father because I didn't toss it out. I also have receipts for a newspaper subscription from 1896 and sales slips for household supplies from the early 1900s. Also found a fire insurance agreement from the mid 1800s. It was an agreement by people who contributed to the group to rebuild the house and barn of any other member who lost them in a fire.
