Hi my name is tonya and I have had 2 people recently that I know for a fact were getting high on cocaine drinking and smoking weed up to the day they gave birth. And now I'm very confused on why they haven't had any problems with cps or anything! They both were able to take there babies home with no problem someone please help me understand why!
