Hi, I'm 17 and worried about frenulum breve, when flaccid I can easily extend the foreskin down past the glans and even further, however when erect, I can barely get the foreskin past the edge of the glans, this is at all parts of the glans, when I do so, the frenulum hurts and looks almost as if it were cut and hurts to touch. Please help
