When i masturbate i get really bad headaches

Same only on my left side of my head. Feels like it’s going to explode.

I usually masturbate regularly; around two times a day. But for a few days, every time I try to have an orgasm, I experience terrible headaches, worse than migraines, which is a sign of coital cephalalgia.
