Hi there! I have just started taking whey supplements and I was wondering if there could be any side effects?

Whey supplement contain mostly whey and some other stuff like carbohydrates, calcium, some fats. It’s just like eating food with no documented side effects. However high dosage is not recommended cos it can cause the body's liver to be overloaded and cause some serious damage and the benefits as with a consistent lower amount won’t be the same.
