I started bodybuilding and eating whey protin. Do they have any side effects?

No, if eaten in normal doses, cannot. Proteins contain carbohydrates, some fats, calcium, … so practically all good stuff, like in the food you are eating. But then again, even too much of good stuff can be harmful, so watch out with the amount. If you will exaggerate, you can cause damage to the liver.

How many grams of protine can your body take. I heard to take as much protine as your body weight

you can take 1000 grams of protine if you like but your liver and kidneys will not last long. How much protine depends on how hard you work out, and how much protine intake with your dite alone.

so say your intake is 60 grams of protine with your dite then you sould only take 20-35 grams of protine a day on top of your 60 grams you are geting with your dite. So there fore do NOT exceed 100 grams aday and your intake of a 100 grams should only be that if your doing ALOT of heavy lifting and you have done ALOT of muscel damage wicth you will know couse you will be in pain after your work out
