I've just recently been diagnosed with severe food sensitivities that include a broad range of food items, one of which is tyramine.  I was unaware of this until I found that I couldn't have it, and I have figured out the big things to avoid that contain Tyramine; alcohol, aged cheeses, avocados, anything fermented... But I was curious if there where other things that I needed to avoid like high fat milk and olives?  Those were the big ones and all I can find is conflicting information.  Anyone knowledgeable about this?  I could use some advice!!
