Hi 32-footbal-live! I understand why you worry. Six months is good time to make a change in your life style without having to do crazy things. have in mind also that your hormones are being every time more produced the coming years so it is also expected that you get more muscular mass. The basic rules are: physical activity 60min/day, don't each too much, variety of foods ( don't eat every day the same fruit or vegetable for example), your diet should have: fruits, vegetables, whole grains (avoid white pasta and bread), low fat dairy products ( no fat milk and cheeses), lean proteins and unsaturated fat (less animal vet , specially red meat, eat more fish and white meat). Avoid sugar (specially sweets), don't add unnecessary salt to your food. Doing this regularly during six months should make a difference!
