i am a fourteen year old and a few days ago i wasnt feeling very well and on then this morning i found some white and red spots on my labia minora and when i touch them it really hurts!
i havent had sex yet so it cant be std and i cant go and tell my Mum because i am too embarassed
Please help me i am soo scared and confused
Can you tell me how i could treat it?

Hi, I have just been looking this up for my daughter who has had these for as long as she remembers and is very worried about them. I think they are fordyce spots which i found on google. Go to the doctor to have a diagnosis, but don't worry it seems to be very common! Hope you get it sorted x
