I have those too, for as long as I can remember. I went to the doctor to get them checked out, and she said she'd seen them before and they were 'normal, nothing to worry about'. I was a little uncomfortable as I'd never had my junk checked before so I just took that as a good thing and left. It's occured to me since that this was the most unsatisfactory answer I've ever gotten from a doctor. What causes them? can you make them go away? This thread doesn't really seem to have any info either. I'd love to hear some.

have something similar, in a stable relationship, both of us tested clean before beginning a sexual relationship nearly a year ago. white bumps under the foreskin below the head of the penis..

not warts, blisters, boils, nothing like that. they just sit there under the skin... would love it if someone had a clue as to what this could actually be.

You could have Smegma, which is the skin cells on the inside of your foreskin and when they die and are replaced by new ones they can build up and form a lump. This usually is only a problem with young boys who's foreskin hasn't separated and retracted, however it can happen to someone as old as 18. Dr usually prescribes an anti-fungal ointment and a steroid ointment to help thin out the foreskin and allow he lump to drain or pass.

The little white bumps all over the shaft of the penis are normal too, just enlarged skin glands, dr's don't recomend doing anything about these because the are perfectly normal, even women have them around their labia.

If you didn't wash afterwards, like your face, it could simply be a pimple. (Yes, you can get them down there too). Or possibly something else.

Hi, is it something that comes and goes? Is it possible that is could be lymphocele? If this is the case then it should not be nothing to worry about and you should just avoid masturbation and sexual intercourse for awhile. Maybe a month could be longer or shorter until is goes away on its own. If it does not go away it could be something and you should see a doctor. Also never be afraid to see your doctor. This is not a medical diagnosis btw. Do research to make sure this is what is being described.

Yea I have those too. I've never had sex before but I've been masturbating since I was like 13. I also have this purple area where the bumps are, I'm pretty sure it's just a bruise though. And I wash my penis thoroughly every day. Does anyone know how to get rid of them?

It can be caused by hair follicles being grown on the penis and not growing outward (ingrown hairs) and when the blood rushes down and leaves it leaves the penis and "white filled bumps" inflamed or irritated. i had the same problem but it is not a STD

If its on the crown of the penis head, then they're probably just pearly penile papules. They're just a variation of the penis head and do add some sensation. There are procedures to get rid of them, but it's purely cosmetic, as the papules do not affect the penis in anyway.

I have had the same thing since I was 11. It wasn't until I was 17 that I discovered that you can squeeze the white substance out. I do this once a month to maintain hygiene. For me it also increases sensitivity during sex.

Recently after having sex with my boyfriend I had noticed that he has small white bumps under the head of his penis, I asked him what were they, if they itch and have he ever seen a doctor for them. He said that, that's something he grew up with and they don't itch or give him any kind off problem so he doesn't need to see a doctor. But am still curious to know what they are
