i have had the same partner for a year now. we havent been involved much in sexual intercourse just fingering and oral, he was recently tested and has nothing. He recently fingered me and after a few days felt a burning sensation and excessive itching in my vaginal area. i ignored it and thought maybe his fingers were dirty. now i am see a thick white clumpy discharge but it has now smell. Every time i push tissue up my vaginal the discharge comes out. The burning and itching still occurs. i feel more of the burning than itching tho. Its been 3 days since he fingered me, and i started feeling this 2 days ago.

You are probably dealing with Thrush. Go to your doctor to get a accurate diagnosis
But I am fairly certain you have Thrush. I know in the UK there are creams that can help with the itching and I also hear that a certain kind of yogurt can help you out too.
