I suffer from anxiety so I thought my heart was just acting strange because of it, but after a while I decided to check with the doctor and he said that I had arrhythmia, but nothing serious and that it would go away if I just slowed down on the caffeine and had regular sleep schedule. It's been almost 2 months and I've been doing just that but nothing seems to change just today i tried to drink some coffee and just 2 sips and  my heart started feeling like it was going to jump out of my chest. So I was wondering is this something more serious, and would I be able to drink caffeine again?

Caffeine is a stimulant and can give you an arrhythmia if you ingest enough. I'm not sure why just 2 sips would do it though. Are you on any medications?

I'd suggest you speak to your doctor about this and let them know exactly what happened.
