Hello everyone. I am starting with Cortisol connection diet for two days. I am very thrilled about it. Hopefully this diet will make my cortisol level lower and of course help me in losing weight. I mean, weight loss is my priority because I want to be fit for the summer. I already booked the hotel room in Dubai for two weeks in August. I want to look nice in my swimming suit.

Anyway, this is the main reason for writing this post: I am a little confused because I am constantly finding this diet on the internet by the name- Adaptation diet. Do you know why is this diet called like that?

Hello there. You chose wisely. The Cortisol Connection diet is very efficient and good for your overall health. I mean, this diet stimulates you to incorporate food like oysters, berries, dark chocolate, garlic, chamomile tea and olive oil. Those are all very healthy foods.

As to your question, The Adaptation Diet can lead to better cortisol balance, leading to weight loss and improved well being.  I think that may be the reason for the name. This diet leads to cortisol balance after stressful periods in your life. In other words, this diet helps you to adapt and “survive” stressful periods of time and I believe that’s the reason for the name.

Hello guys. I think this diet is awesome. It will certainly help you to lose weight but I don’t think that is its most valuable health benefit.

As you may know, The Adaptation Diet is based on Dr Moss’ (the author of the diet) experience of over 35 years assisting thousands of patients in regaining ADAPTATION, losing weight and preventing chronic diseases. The information is thoroughly researched and has proven to be vital to many people in their search for optimal health.

I think that is the main reason for the “Adaptation” name. Because he was working with those patients in regaining adaptation, he called the diet Adaption diet.
