Hi, I have read articles about dichloreacetate on several sites and it sounds very promising. I have to admit that I was shocked with fact that no one showed interests for testing and producing this medication with such great possibilities. I was wondering why government isn't funding dichloracetate when it may be great chance for people who suffer from cancers.

Hi, it is not so easy to tell why government didn't fund dichloacetate. In this moment DCA is not yet in the pre clinic phase of testing. Medications which enter pre clinic phase have possibility of 10% to enter phase one of further testing. These low percentages may be the reason why government is not taking major part in clinical trial for dichloracetate.

If DCA becomes successful in the cure for cancer, it may eliminate the plethora of chemotherapy drugs that rake in millions for pharmaceutical companies each year.
