If you still have your other ovary then yes, you should.  It may take a little while for your body to recover after the surgery however.  

You will still produce the hormones that cause the lining on the uterus to grow.  There is no path for an egg to get there, it will be resorbed into your body.

Thank you so much for this answer .I was asked by someone today if I will miss my periods ,and I said why will they stop.The person answered yes .I almost cried as I really like getting my period.Just because It makes me feel young.Thank you Thank you again
