High TSH levels alone don't affect your fertility, however, they indicate that your thyroid gland is over-active and since it normally becomes even more active when you are pregnant (so your TSH levels would get even higher) it would be the best that, before you try to conceive, consult a endocrinologist and a gynecologist. High TSH levels are dangerous when you are pregnant already because of the potential harm they can do to the baby, that is why you would have to be under care of specialists, but they do not prevent you from getting pregnant.
