yes it will. i had one testicle growing up. it grew bigger than normal to compensate. at 22 i had an artificial testicle put in. the dr told me that it is normal for the single testicle to be bigger than normal. now i have a normal looking scrotum. penis is a 6.25". you will be fine. if one testicle bothers you, talk to a dr about getting a fake one.
