Same here. Same type of rash (red/white bumps).
I gave blood in the Palm Springs area. I'm curious as to where these other responses are from?
It would be pretty funny if we all gave blood to the same resource and nobody realized it.

Your body's immune system is working overtime due to allergens in the environment. Your immune system is working too well and is having histimine reactions and allowing things like yeast to gain an upperhand on the biggest organ...your skin. After exhaustive efforts to get to the bottom of this went to UCLA medical center. To fix this rash ask your dr for zafirlukast and montelukast. As a topical ointment dont use cortizone. It thins your skin and makes it weaker. Try muprocin calcium cream w% and/or Alevicyn Gel. If you cant get the oral medications mentioned above go to Sams or Costco and try generic zyrtec (cetirizine), allegra (fexofenadine) and claritim (loratadine) avoid sweating and wear loose clothes. Take bleach (yes laundty bleach trust me) using one cup in a full standard bath. This ensures that yourskin is sanitized properly while not killing the good stuff. This knockout combinations will hopefully help most of tou folks. Just sharing so if it does not sorry. I know I spent major time researching on the net and wished I saw something like this. All the best!

I just had blood drawn yesterday and woke up with itchy red lines. I keep the bandaid and gauze on just because I forgot about it. It looks like it is the shape of the bandaid but larger. I'm hoping that's all it is.

Mine is doing the same thing. The last 2 x I've had to either give blood or had IV I had a rash pop up. Never had it before.

I had the same reaction right after the draw only it went up both of my arms as the tech could not find a vein.. I know it is a latex allergy as I've been tested for that. The hospital people informed me that they don't use latex but I know it was gloves or a needle stopper or the wrapping something contained latex or I would not have had this reaction. It is the same type I get with a latex band-aid the rub it that it will keep returning when it is hot outside. It usually takes a year to get out of my system I am assuming this happens to others as well.

I had the same thing happen after having blood drawn. Noticed the rash and itching next day, and it's been horrible for about 3 months now. Itches all the time, looks horrible. I am embarrassed by it. Makes me look like a junkie or something. I'm scared the lady used a dirty needle on me, this has never happened before, that's why I'm driving out about it. Hope she didn't give me something.

I did medical check-up and a day after the blood withdrawal, i also get rashes/tiny pink bumps that look like they contain a little fluid mainly on my upper limbs. They are scattered though. They are itchy and if the sleeves of the shirt get in contact and rub the area they get really itchy. Need to have patience to bear the itchiness and not accidentally rubbing it
