Hey i'm an overweight teen who wants to get fit but don't want to strain myself. Previously when wanting to get fit I have pushed myself too far meaning I have pulled muscles in my back and chest. I now know that this was incredibly stupid of me and want to ease myself into exercise, so does anyone have any suggestions as to how I should start working out? thanks!

whatever you do start slowly and don't push yourself. try and build up your time, for example do 5 minutes on a treadmill for a week then 10 minutes the next week so your slowly building up as your fitness improves
