Okay so every once and a while I have these pimple like things come in and they usually come in one or two at a time side by side. But when I try to pop them they pop and puss and a little blood comes out. But after I do that they get bigger and take a while to go away. It gets a little itchy down there, Never really painful but sometimes uncomfortable. What do you guys think?

This really sounds like cystic acne. This is totally normal and usually happens due to hormonal changes. If you're female and experiencing this before your menstrual cycle, this is just due to the changes in hormones, preparing for your period. No big deal.

But it also can happen at random moments. Stress can trigger this as well.

Be sure not to pop them unless they have a very noticeable white had that looks like it's just about to go :P It's tempting to pop them to get rid of that horrible bump, but don't, you will only make it worse.

I would suggest using benzyl peroxide ointment on the acne right before bed, after washing your face. This should significantly decrease the size of the blemish. It will most likely scab over, but DO NOT pick it unless it is practically falling off. Or else you will just cause scarring. Keep doing this until the acne is almost 100% gone.

I have battled with cystic acne most of my life, but it is decreasing as i get more into adulthood.
