I am starting with yeast free diet. I have two questions.
1. I am already on GFCF (Gluten Free Casein Free) diet, so what changes are necessary?
2. Why is honey good to eat on a yeast free diet?

Well, honey has special factors that protect it from being broken down by yeast. If you are already doing the Gluten Free Casein Free diet, the Yeast Free Diet is not that hard. You only had to remove a few items from the list. I know removing anything can be a problem, but sugar is a big problem. I would try cranberry extract (from Kirkman Labs).
