Yellow cysts on scrotum

i had what i called third ball syndrom, up intill three months ago where i was dyagnoised as having a varacasel which is a knoting of the vaine that drains the testies i had an op to cut and tie of the said vaine. i used to get a dull ache which sometimes made it sore to sit or stand for too long. hope you found this usefull kind regards
