Hey y'all. Today I woke up with an itchy right middle finger and noticed a hard, itchy, yellowish growth right on my joint. Picture related, I took it as I woke up: http://puu.sh/3JCAC.jpg

You can't see them super well but the slight discoloration on the joint is what I'm talking about. It itches like crazy and is worrying me, since I've gotten more itchy spots around my body the last week or so. One was a red itchy dot on the side of my hand which now only itches when I touch it. Another time the middle part of my right shin swelled up. Later the swelling reduced and showed only a red dot which barely itches anymore but is still there.

 

I would greatly appreciate any input on this. Is it worth seeing a doctor about?
