Oh my goodness. It seems as if some of you are describing how I feel right now! I'm currently in the process of seeing a cardiologist, neurologist, ear/nose/throat doctor, getting blood drawn, etc. My symptoms are: fatigue, yet I can't sleep at night, odd dreams that seem as if I'm not really asleep, tingling in the lips, every few minutes when I'm standing my head feels like I've had a rush of blood to it (like when you would stand upside down when you were little & your head would feel like it's gonna burst) I'm not allowed to drive at least for the next week per doctor's orders. EKG was done, negative. Urine sample done, negative. Blood work results come back next week. My dr. said I may have vertigo. My inner ears are beginning to hurt just a tad. My mom thinks I could have an inner ear infection. Hopefully the ent will tell me info.

But after reading all of these posts, I now wonder if I'm experiencing withdrawals. I wonder why my regular dr. didn't seem too worried about the fact that I had just weened myself off Zoloft ending my last dose a week ago.

I think I need to pay a visit to my psychiatrist who prescribed Zoloft in the first place. She did say to call if I wasn't feeling well but I didn't know there would be withdrawals, she never went into details. My weening when like this: (I was on the drug for 6 months) 2 weeks of 100mg, then 1 week of 50mg.

Was this too fast? I still haven't really read a solid answer to the question of how long do these withdrawals last? Well I guess my psychiatrist can tell me that. I teach dance & I really need to be able to stand up for long periods of time & also drive. This is killing me not being able to drive & get things done. Or have the energy to get things done around the house. Ugh.

Thanks for your posts!
