Think of masturbating as a natural sleep aid. The endorphins released during masturbation can act as a natural sedative, relaxing the mind and body. Additionally, masturbating lowers blood pressure. The combination of increased endorphins and lower blood pressure will make you feel good all over and will make you sleepy. So theoretically, the more you masturbate, the better you’ll sleep.
