i cant think of any reason why you would have hpv or herpes. unless you have fooled around with someone, not sex but any kind of contact between you two in that area, and they had it. you said you shaved so it could just be an infected ingrown hair. which is when the hair grows back it kinda curls under the skin instead of coming through. they can be painful

It could just be an ingrown hair... i get them sometimes when i shave.. but keep an eye on it one of my mine got really infected when i was around ur age cuz i played outside alot and all the sweating and stuff made it infected.. i wud tell ur mom tho.. jus to make sure its not getting infected!

thats awesome i've had the same once ... i'm 13 and decided to shave down there and sumthing wrong happnd that a big pimple grew and of course it hurt like hell lol ... it went away by itself tho but i remember i was alot scared at the time ...
