Hi! That's is a very rare condition, however it does happen. You should talk to your parents first if you think you have three testicles. A soft lump in the scrotum, especially if you can get your fingers between it and the testicle, is most likely to be a varicocele. But only a doctor can tell what it really is. Take care.

If I am not mistaking the condition that more than two testicles are presented is called Polyorchidism. You have to understand that this is very rare condition and I think that there are less than 100 cases of this condition that is known to modern medicine. Are you sure that this is a testicle? This could also be some kind of bump, or even a tumor. Have you been evaluated by the doctor? I don’t really know if this is dangerous and will this cause any unwanted effects on your fertility. Do you have any pain in the genital area or in your testicles? Also do you have any problems with urination?

Not to scare you or anything my young friend you really should go see a doctor, sounds like you might have something that needs a prof look at. Will keep a hopeful though for you.
