I'm 15.I've been lifting weights for the past couple of months,but recently I've learned that it can stunt my growth.I'm pretty short,under 5 foot 5.I'm stopping weight lifting,but I want to know is there anything I can do to reserve the possible effects of anything I've done so far and to support my growth.

I guess.My father is about 3-4 inches taller than me,so I'm not going to get past really 5 foot 7 or 8.
