You have nothing to worry about what so ever about your length as your within the size range for your age as you can see below in the chart
Age - Average penis length.
12 years old - 2.8 to 4.1 inches (7.1 to 10.4 cm)
13 years old - 3.4 to 5.4 inches (8.6 to 13.7 cm)
14 years old - 3.9 to 5.7 inches (9.8 to 14.6 cm)
15 years old - 4.6 to 6 inches (11.8 to 15.3 cm)
16 years old - 4.9 to 6.2 inches (12.5 to 15.7 cm)
17 years old - 5.3 to 6.3 inches (13.5 to 15.9 cm)
18 years old - 5.4 to 6.3 inches (13.7 to 16 cm)
The average adult penis length is 5.5 and considering your still only 16 and the penis can grow into your early 20s still some time yet.
Don't believe half the comments on here where boys are saying they are over 6 inches of more at 13 because it will be very very unlikely and more down to either measuring wrong or just trying to make them selves sound big. It's not the size that counts it's how you use it that matters because the vagina isn't an endless tunnel it no more than 3 to 4 inches deep before arousal and around 5 to 6 inches after arousal.
