Thank you so much. I'm in the same situation you were, I've had a disk like thing under my left nipple for over 2 years, it's not noticeable unless you touch both nipples and feel the diference. I also go to the gym quite a bit it probably helps I had never really thought about it but anyway thanks man now I dont have to be so stressed about it, still probably gona ask the doctor tho

I have the same thing under both of my nipes I am 16 and have had them for 2 years with no sign at all of them going down, can someone clarify whether or not its normal, my doctor said that 1/3 of people my age get it, but I have never ever met anyone with this

I used to get these all the time it is because spiders lay eggs under your nipple. Spiders do this because the nipple has a pocket were spiders can stay don't squeeze it. The spiders might not like there stay as much and review your nipple lower.

Hi i have had a lump under my right nipple for over 3 years and i am 18 now i went to the doctors a few years ago and they said that it was nit cancer or that, i still have it to this day and i am worried as it makes me feel self-consious about myself i am not over weight or that any ideas what this could be or is there anything i could do or take to get rid of this its not soar or anything like that so....... any answer would be great thanks
