I am 21 years old. I have erection problem for more than 4 years, can't remember the last time i had morning or occasional erections. I tried ciales 20 mg and 10 mg before sex with no results. My urologist advised to take ciales 5mg daily for 30 days. No results.. I did blood tests everything was fine. Never manage to have a proper penetration during sex, even with oral sex. Even during mastrubation i can't have a proper erection.Tried to have sex with many girls during the year, still no results.

Lately I've been in a relationship for 3 months, my girlfriend knows my situation, we are having sex frequently but i still don't manage to get a proper erection. Even with oral sex i don't feel any pleasure or sensation on my penis. She is so understanding and she tries her best, i tried everything, what else should i do?

P.S I've been addicted to porn and masturbation for long time, is that think that i have to reset the way i think true?

it must be devastating. it must be very frustrating for you. sometimes, the doctor tells you what is the best way to use the pills, but I know that a lot of the patients actually do make a mistake while they are taking those pills. it doesn't matter do you take some drug or a natural treatment for erectile dysfunction. Also, you need to know that you can't expect the miracle once you start to take those. You need to be aware that Viagra can't always do the job. That is why you need to ask your doctor whatever you want to know about taking the pills.

Hi Guest,

Give up the porn.  It can/does affect the brain and can lead to performance problems.

Masturbation can also lead to problems.  You can teach yourself to ejaculate quickly - before you get hard.

Having an understanding partner is a big plus.  Talk to er and encourage her.

For you, don't get frustrated.  Easy for me to say, right?  Seriously, frustration and anxiety can negatively affect your performance.  Try not to focus on the past, or yourself.  Try to focus on her needs and allow your body to "go along for the ride."

Hope it helps.  Good luck.
