I really don't think your pregnant considering it didn't go inside your vagina. It didn't make direct contact with your underwear or vagina. Specially with pre cum it's un likely to get pregnant with just pre cum. You wiped your hand off and speed doesn't live long In the air. I wouldn't worry. The chances of getting pregnant through sperm in your underwear is very un likely. It's impossible to be throwing up that much and having that many symptoms 3 days after it happened.
