I have recently decided to run a 5k race in 3 weeks, and need some help on some sort of training outline to get my best on race day.(so I can beat my cousin :)) I have ran on and off over the last few months, and can probably currently run 20-25mins. at 6mph. In order to win I'm thinking I'm going to have to run the 5k in about 28-29minutes. So any help on some sort of training program would be much appreciated. Thank you.
