Hey, Im 17 male....I was wondering how to obtain six packs..I currenty dating...and i dont want my girlfren to think im all flabby... Im not generally fat..My weight is around 64 kilos and im abt 1.83m in height..I wondering is there any special methods i should do...or i should just stop eating fatty food...Im not sure whether i have a fat stomach...I think i do have some fats around my tummy area...Please get back to me asap...I dont wanna ruin my relationship with my super hot girlfren coz of this =)
