Hi,
Spots on uvulas are not too dangerous but they have to be treated. They are usually caused by an infection in your mouth. There is a possibility also that they are caused by some food, but this is really rare. Have you had any problems with your tonsils, like swelling of the tonsils? The thing is that you have to take good care of your oral hygiene. Do you use mouthwash after your brush your teeth? The thing is that the uvula cysts usually go away on their own and they don’t require treatment. But if they get larger and painful the good advice is to see a doctor. Try to watch your diet in next few days.
Good luck,
Danella

I just discovered the same kind of spot! I’ve also had shortness of breath, wheezing, hoarseness, extreme fatigue, rapid weight gain, headaches, and have begun to lose my hair! I have asthma, COPD, and my blood work shows that my levels are really messed up. Help!
