No. I'll put it this way, there is nothing you have to do, yet. If we were talking around age 15 then there are medications your doctor can prescribe.
At 13 you are very normal. Do NOT compare yourself to others. Puberty doesn't happen at the same rate or time for everybody.

Hi guest, Dan is right, but I've seen alot of boys post here that was in puberty and didn't even realize it. Got any pubic hair yet?

Then you are in puberty. At 13 some boys are and some aren't. For the one's that haven't got the pubic hair Dan is most certianly right.
