So since I was about 17 and Im now 25 I had this bump on my penis below the head like 3/8 down kinda where the foreskin was cut. It doesnt hurt at all. When I squeeze it between my fingers white stuff comes out but not a lot. I have been tested  a lot through out my life and nothing ever came up and it is always in the same spot. i have picked at it tell it was gone and scabbed up and then clear but it just comes back off and on in the same spot no matter what. Anyone have any ideas please let me know
