it is not in the anal area, right above the anal right below the testicals, its red, hard, swollen, and has several little heads on it, like zits. is there an over the counter cream? it just came out in the last 2 days.
can someone please tell me if there is a cream that would easse the pain?

Hmmz... sounds a bit like a cyst..and from the sound of it.. it is at petty advanced stage . You might wanna get a doc to look at it...they can remove it with some minor surgery... there will however be a lot of puss.. I dun recommend you try to burst it yourself.. cos there is a lot of bacteria there and it can easily spread.
