abdominal pain, kidney pains, chest pains after eating.

My entire abdominal area hurts and is somewhat tender. There's always a dull pain but sometimes there's a sharp pain. The entire abdominal area sometimes feels like it's being hit with a heat wave and it gargles and make noises and my chest starts to hurt because I feel like I need to burp but it takes a few moments to get a small burp out. The chest pain and burping problem happens a lot after eating. There are times that only the location of the stomach feels like it's being pinched. I get full very easy and I don't eat as much as I normally do.

I also have a pain in my sides and my back, around where the kidneys are located. The pain sometimes goes down into the "groin" area. The pain happens on both sides, but never at the same time. If the left side hurts, the right side doesn't. The left side hurts worse. I have a history of UTI and the pains feel similar to that. I'm flushed but don't have a fever.

My mouth is also producing a lot of saliva.

Any ideas?
