Abdominal tightness/discomfort with NO bowel changes, nausea, vomiting

I have had abdominal tightness for 2-3 weeks. Cat scan neg, ultrasound of gall bladder/liver neg. Blood work neg too. Nothing relieves it. I even fasted/fluids only for 3 days thinking that if it was gastrititis I would feel some relief. But not really. the reason I am leaning towards gastritis is that I had been on 800-1600 mg motrin daily for about 2-3 weeks for plantar fasciaitis. But I haven't had motrin in 2 weeks. My other concern is that 2 and a half years ago i had a full abdominoplasty. I have had no problems with it except some numbness in my lower ABD which is normal. I called my surgeon he said everything sould be healed. I cannot eat a large meal because I feel like I cannot expand my diaphram to take a full breath when I am full. My upper left ABD sticks out a bit more when I stand. I am more uncomfortable when I stand. A GI doc I saw 2 wks ago noted a hernia in my mid upper ABD but was not concerned. Could that be giving me all this discomfort? Could an upper ABD hernia effect my whole ABD as my mid stomach is tight too. Could it be lesions/adhesions from the abdominoplasty? I still have an endoscopy/colonoscopy schedules in 2 weeks. I'd appreciate any insight.
