I had a medical abortion recently. I took the first pill on Friday morning in the clinic & the 2nd set of the 4 pills on Saturday exactly 24 hrs later. I didn’t bleed much or pass much tissue but as the days go by I get the most intense uterine cramps way different from period pains. I’m thinking I didn’t pass the fetus & could still be pregnant. I don’t want to take a pregnant test so soon because I know it will show a strong positive. I go back in 3 weeks for a follow up but I don’t want to go back & hear news that I need a D & C. That’s my worse fear. I actually have a small window of hope that my baby is still growing inside me because I am regretting the decision I made. Anyone else had a similar experience? What should I do?
