Had a very fatty dinner (wedding rehersal!) and woke in the middle of the night with bad acid reflux and a clear, very oily substance streaming out of my nose! I have had reflux issues, but never anything coming out of my nose. What is this, should I be worried, and what should I do if this ever happens again?

That happens normally its just mucus from heaving so hard...... I've been hacking up stomach acid for 10 yrs now and I've tried all the medicines but they have worse side effects than just purging out the poison acid...... Its just snot don't worry about it...... You should worry more about the acid eating your throat....
