Anywhere you find hair, and sweat glands, you can find pimples. Not bad, just niggling. Treat it like any other pimple: ignore it, squeeze it, prick it, do what you like with it. It's your pimple. Think of it as momentary distraction from bigger issues that are less easy to deal with.
