Hi all, similar to this Prima Care discussion, I've also had the experience with other prenatal vitamins. This time, I tried Bellybar prenatal chewable vitamins and walla, YUCKY cystic acne yet again. Iodine is not mentioned anywhere on the packaging, but the second I stop taking them, is the moment my face starts clearing up again. Ugh, what a pain! I need to find another way around this with folic acid and other supplements.
