Hello, I have several adhesions at the base of the head of my penis and at each end of the adhesion's segment are blackheads under the skin due to dirt and oil build up. These blackheads cause irritation and minor swelling at their locations. If I try to extract them it inflames them and encourages more scar tissure to grow. How do I go about this? It's very unsightly and interferes with my everyday life.
