after cortisone shot in wrist she developed lump on opposite side and lost mobility

my 14 year old daurghter received a cortisone shot on the top side of her wrist 6 days ago, while the pain is finally passing, a marble sized lump has developed on the bottom side of her wrist 2 days ago. she has also lost mobility. her wrist will not move very much either up, down nor side to side. please if this sounds fimiliar please respond. we are really tired of the pain and swelling. :-(
