i have a question about anger and aggitation, i feel aggrovated all of the time its like an everyday thing for me , i have trouble coping at work, i work with the public and when they come at me i get angry , sometimes i have to break things to make myself feel better and that sometimes doesnt work and also when i am in large numbers of people i freak out, i have to get "away" to calm down i am a 33 year old male , please give me tha answers i need. thank you

do you have a diagnosis of anxiety? People with anxiety can become very aggitated about things, and the being around a lot of people sounds like social anxiety. If you can I would think about going to see a therapist or psychiatrist about this!
