Ok well recently I head a head ache and my stomach was nauseous. I am 13 going on 14 in 3 months. Today I felt like I was having cramps but I'm actually not really sure ? And it felt like I was bleeding but it was just really wet down there when I checked. I wasn't sticky or anything either. My sister started when she was in 5th grade... I am so embarrassed!! Helpp?
