I'm 14 years old and sexually active. On the last day of school me and my ex had protected sex. The weird thing is I was still on my period but it was light. I'm not sure if he noticed or not. I realized my period wasnt over when I went to go pee after. Him and I broke up about two weeks after that. He cheated on me. He wasnt my first. I had sex for the first time in february and I had a pregnancy scare. I didnt get my period when I was expecting it. The sex had changed it. Same thing with this case. But here's the thing. I had sex with my ex, abel on June 14th it is now July 10th and I still didnt get my period. I took a pregnancy test and it turned out negative. I also just had sex on the 6th. This time it was unprotected. It wasnt with my ex. It was one of my friends. Things just got out of hand and it happened. We did the pull out method although I was very scared because it is not effective. With this in mind, after rob and I had sex, I asked him if he was sure he didnt finish inside me. He said he is positive. He made me feel his hand and it was "full". Ever since that night I've been worried about being pregnant because not only can you get pregnant by when a man ejaculates but you can also get pregnant by pre-ejaculation. So today I took another pregnancy test but nothing showed up. I've also been experiencing some itching on the outside. I went to the pharmacy and bought an anti-itch cream. It seems to be working but my itch isnt fully going away. So I'm also afraid I might have caught something from him since it was not his first time. I already know people are going to look down on me and say things to me but I just need some advice and answers. When should I take my next pregnancy test? And what could the itching be if the anti-itch cream does not work within seven days?
Hope you can help! Thank you
Hi guest,
When did you expect your last period? When was the one you had before that?
If you period is late you can test. When you do, be sure you are using your very first morning urine (wakeup). It is more concentrated, darker, so more likely to give you an accurate reading. Its not how much urine there is that matters.
For the last time you had sex you need to wait at least 2 and preferably 3 weeks before they become reliable.
As you said, the pull-out method is not reliable. It is not a form of birth control. Seriously, consider getting on a birth control pill if you are going to be sexually active. It is one less thing to worry about. Make the boys wear a condom too, despite any protests. They protect you from STD's.
The itch could be anything. You'll need to be tested for STD's to be sure. Then again, it could be a yeast infection.
FYI, stress can make your period late too.
Hope it helps.
